JEDI (Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion), initiatives and programs which aim to shift organizational and team cultures into spaces where everyone is able to thrive and succeed, regardless of their intersecting identities. This includes elimination of policies, practices, attitudes and cultural messages that reinforce differential outcomes by identity or fail to eliminate these differential outcomes. Organizations and teams paying attention to equity with a justice lens identify opportunity gaps for certain demographic groups, emphasize equitable results explicitly in their mission statement and performance review processes.

Fee Structure

Full-Day Training Rate – $6000
Half-Day Training Rate – $4500

In-person training will also include travel expenses and per diem rates subject to market rates.

Financial assistance may be available for agencies in need of support.
